It has been so warm here lately so we decided to take Owen to beach last Saturday. When we first set him down on the sand he HATED it! But Mark got down on the sand with him and showed how to play with it and then Owen thought it was pretty cool.
Since he was such a fan of the sand we buried him in it. He didn't like that as much.
He wasn't a huge fan of the seaweed all over his head either.
But he LOVED the water! It was absolutely freezing, but he couldn't get enough of it. And if we let him, he would just keep walking deeper and deeper into the water.
I think Owen is going to be a beach bum this summer.

You are going to love the ocean here in Florida Owen - lots warmer than the Pacific. I can't wait for you all to come visit us next month!
