Anne and Dave (Mark's sister and husband) were in town so we went camping! This time we went to Joshua Tree. It's in the desert. I had never camped in the desert before and wasn't sure how I was going to like it. But it was fun!! This is a picture of our campsite.
This place has rocks everywhere and they're huge!
This is called Skull Rock. We were pretty excited to hike to it and see what it was all about...and then we got there and thought, 'Really? This is it?' But it was still fun.
More pictures of us striking a pose on top of rocks. And then a picture of a Joshua Tree (Mark says it's a Joshua Tree. I never looked it up to check) and some poky ugly cactus.
And once again, more rocks. On our hike we saw a lot of lizards. This one actually let me get right next to him and take his picture. I think he enjoyed the attention.
Thanks Anne and Dave for going with us! It was a blast and we can't wait to play with you guys again!

Wow... That looks like a fun place to camp! Those rock formations are pretty cool looking. how fun... btw love the poses on the rocks :)
